Privacy

This site is operated by Dora Kovacs, a real estate agent affiliated with Keller Williams, a licensed real estate broker, to answer enquiries about EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater. It is not the developer’s or the brand’s website.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, whether you are enquiring as a Buyer or a Broker, your timeline, the residence interest you select, and any message. We also store the page you submitted from, the first page of that visit, the referrer, and the first-touch values for utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, utm_id, gclid, gbraid, and wbraid. If the address has no gclid, we may read one from the Google ads cookie. A hidden company field is used to filter automated submissions and is discarded when it is filled.

How we use it

We use the enquiry to reply about this project, to send floor plans or fact sheets you requested, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your information. Submissions may be stored by our host (Netlify). The same enquiry is sent to Follow Up Boss with person tags for those first-touch values. The page also loads the Follow Up Boss pixel identified as WT-KROFXFSN.

How long, and your choices

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet ordinary professional record-keeping. Email dora@bnsluxury.com or call +1 (305) 549-4289 to ask for a copy or a deletion, subject to records we are required to retain.

Cookies and measurement

The page loads the Follow Up Boss widget tracker and Google Tag Manager (GTM-PDXZJ7BB). A dataLayer event named generate_lead is pushed only after a lead form is accepted.
